In addition to selling farm & ranch properties in Texas, Jeff has owned and operated an 800 acre duck hunting club with rice/crawfish rotations along the central gulf coast for the past 15 years.  He has also personally invested in and developed properties in Texas by building wetlands on suitable acreages to enhance their values.  Other endeavors have included operating a fish farm raising sports fish for private lakes and the development of bass lakes on private properties in the State.  He has a degree in Geology from W&L University and an MBA from UT Austin.  He resides in Houston with his wife and three daughters.
