It joins the part of the 6666 Ranch that was sold a few years back. This is a remote ranch that joins large tracts and is on the edge of big ranch country of northwest Texas. This is a part of Texas that is still remote and undeveloped and a great part of Texas history. The ETC Ranch consists of some cultivation, mesquite flats, and deep canyons and is well watered with 12 tanks and 3 windmills. The ranch is accessed by a good gravel road that cuts it almost in half. The cultivation and mesquite flats lie on the east side. The deep cedar canyons are on the west.
