Description The ranch boasts a flat valley of approximately 350 acres along the western edge of the Devils River providing easy access to the river at almost any point. Terrain ranges from gently rolling to rugged terrain away from the river valley. Elevations range from approximately 1,410 feet along the Devils River at the southeast corner of the property to a high elevation of approximately 1,827 feet along the western boundary. Panoramic 360 degree views are available from the hilltops away from the river valley. Large native Pecan and Live Oak trees are found along the river.
