Topography The property lies between the East Navidad and West Navidad Rivers with the conjunction of the two rivers meeting on the ranch. The areas along the rivers are lowlands covered in thick timber of oaks, elms, hackberries and mesquites. The higher ground is open native grasslands with scattered large oaks and mesquites. Decent roads have been maintained throughout the ranch. Approximately 50% of the property is covered in heavy trees and brush with remaining rolling areas are semi-open. There is approximately 5,600 of the East Navidad River and 5,800 of the West Navidad River which are both live rivers. Minerals Seller has 50% of minerals and some of them are negotiable. Wildlife This ranch has a great population of whitetail deer and turkey that find great cover along the river bottoms. There are hogs, doves and ducks found on the property as well.
