The MT Ranch is loaded with wildlife and is located in an area with light hunting pressure. The ranch is primarily mesquite and hackberry trees with a lot of underbrush scattered throughout. Some areas of the property are very thick with brush with others being more open offering the best of both worlds. The grassy areas are bedding areas for wildlife and allow for excellent quail and turkey habitat. The MT Ranch has several rolling draws that funnel runoff water to the two ponds and also act as game highways in and out of the ranch. In the winter months, it is common to see large numbers of duck on the ponds. The MT Ranch is also suitable for a small cattle operation in addition to the excellent hunting that it offers.
