Major Aquifers of Texas

This map provides an illustration of all of the major aquifers in Texas.  Provided by the Texas Water Development Board, this map can be used to find out if your ranch, recreational property, or hunting property is located above one of the major aquifers.  With the current and expected continued rapid growth in the population of Texas, the presence of water has an ever increasing impact on the value of Texas land prices.  This map can be used as a resource to get an idea of the potential availability of water on your property.
